Copy ‘YouTube’ videos

Open 2 tabs in your browser

1 should be YouTube – locate the video you want

2. should be www.keepvid.com – this is a video delivery site – no subscription!

On the YouTube page locate the address in the top of the browser and rightclick on it > copy it.

Go to the Keepvid page and rightclick>paste that address into the address box. Now press the Download button.

After a few moments you’ll be invited to choose the format of video for you to download. Smartboard users should go for the ‘flv’ option – they embed into a smart notebook page . The other option is usually an MP4 file – usually they play in QT.
